Vintage travel case from early 1800s is mounted on top of solid mahogany clawfoot legs. We had to get a little creative as we were only able to find 3 legs at the salvage store thus we added a wine rack as the fourth leg. The original fabric lining is a little worn but still enacted after 250 years. Based on the brass name plate, this case originally belonged to Sarah Lockwood of New Canaan Conn.
